About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Care Manager to join our leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the clinical care team to ensure high standards of resident care
Oversee clinical governance and compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards
Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting in line with the Aged Care Act
Build and nurture robust relationships with residents, families, and staff
Assist with staff education and mentoring to support best practice care delivery
To succeed in this role, you will have:
Excellent knowledge of the Aged Care Act and the associated Standards, including compliance, accreditation, and reporting requirements.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate and team-oriented approach.
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture
