Mermaid Waters Hotel on the Gold Coast is seeking an hands-on Assistant Manager to lead busy weekend trade across our bistro, sports bar, and gaming room. You’ll energise the floor, coach a vibrant team, and ensure smooth service from open to close.
In this role you’ll work with the Publican to maintain safety, drive guest satisfaction, and showcase solid leadership. RSA/RSG/RMLV and Approved Managers Licence are essential, plus ability to perform physical tasks.
