DJAARA is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer to join the Group Executive Leadership Team and drive organisational priorities for the DJAARA. You will lead People & Capability, IT, Creative Hub and Events & Venues to support strategic direction and outcomes.
You will translate strategy into action, develop managers, and partner with the CEO and Board to ensure performance, governance and continuous improvement across the organisation.
