Uniting Vic.Tas in Ballarat is seeking a Peer Settlement Support Worker to join the Journey to Social Inclusion (J2SI) team. You will collaborate with the Intensive Case Manager and draw on lived experience to help clients move from homelessness toward secure housing and stronger community connections.
You will support clients to connect with community, establish a home, build skills, and pursue prospects to return to work or study, using outreach approaches and person-centered care.
