About You -

You are a team player with solid interpersonal skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to build trusted relationships with residents, families, facility staff and colleagues. You understand you are a key representative of Plena Healthcare in residential aged care and the wider community.

To be considered, you will hold:
General AHPRA registration
Current Police Check or willingness to obtain
Current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
Willingness to work in a mobile capacity within a dedicated region
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain
Full Australian working rights
