Take ownership of the kitchen and lead kitchen operations

About you
Experience as a Head Chef, or is a Sous Chef ready to step up
Passionate about delivering high-quality food and maintaining consistency
Demonstrates solid leadership and communication skills
Organised, motivated,
and proactive
Brings creativity and a willingness to contribute recent ideas
Experience in a wine bar, modern bistro, or similar venue (preferred)
Holds full working rights in Australia
