Bega Group is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Reliability Team at our Wetherill Park site in Sydney. You will drive packaging equipment direction, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with maintenance and production to enable data-driven decisions for productive operations.
Reporting to the site leader, you will champion continuous improvement, support HACCP and safety plans, and mentor staff while delivering capital and NPD projects aligned with industry best practices.
