We are looking for a skilled and passionate Experienced Barber to join our team. In this role, you will provide premium haircutting, styling, and grooming services to a growing clientele. This position is ideal for a professional with an established skill set, excellent customer service, and a drive to maximize their earnings through service commissions and product sales.We offer a secure base hourly wage plus an uncapped commission structure on services and retail sales.Key Responsibilities
Precision Grooming: Deliver high-quality haircuts, fades, tapers, beard grooming, and traditional straight-razor hot towel shaves.
Consultations: Conduct detailed client consultations to understand their style preferences and recommend optimal looks and maintenance routines.
Client Retention: Build and maintain robust, lasting relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and high rebooking rates.
Retail Sales: Educate clients on grooming products (pommades, oils, shampoos) and achieve retail sales targets to boost commission.
Mentorship & Culture: Act as a positive role model in the shop,



occasionally sharing tips or techniques with junior staff or apprentices.
Shop Upkeep: Maintain a spotless workstation, sterilize tools (clippers, shears, razors) between appointments, and assist with general shop cleanliness.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 2–3+ years of professional barbering experience in a busy shop environment.
Technical Skills: Expert-level mastery of classic and modern cuts, skin fades, beard shaping, and straight-razor shaving.
Licensing: Fully qualified with a Certificate III in Barbering (or equivalent) and valid local licensing.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; a natural networker.
Reliability & Stamina: Punctual, reliable, and physically capable of standing for extended shifts.
