We are a leading distributor of Aquarium and Pet Products. We are expanding our team and looking to employ an experienced warehouse person/forklift driver to join our busy warehouse operation.
Key responsibilities
Pick/packing/wrapping and dispatch of orders
Goods receiving, unloading, checking, put away
Assist the Service Department with Product Repairs, Assembling, Remedying and Quality Control
Maintaining accurate stock movement records
Loading and unloading trucks and containers
Forklift operation – LF & High Reach
Stocktakes, General House-keeping and other duties as directed
About you
Forklift licence with photo I.D. (High reach experience preferred)
Good communication, reading, writing and numeric skills with attention to detail
Solid awareness of Health & Safety procedures and maintaining a clean safe workplace
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good time management, multi-tasking, and organisational skills
Conscientious, reliable, energetic, flexible with a positive approach and secure employment history
Ability to operate under pressure in a team environment and also autonomously
Basic computer skills and positive attention to detail with high level of accuracy
Reasonable level of physical fitness as the position involves some heavy lifting
