Praxis Solutions is expanding our team and looking for passionate Therapeutic Youth Support Workers to join our residential programs.
About the Role
As a Youth Worker, you will provide day-to-day care, supervision and support to children and young people, build positive relationships, support routines and activities, and contribute to a safe, nurturing and therapeutic workplace.
Permanent Part time Rosters
Youth Worker – Roster Lines B, C & D
48 or 56 hours per fortnight
4–5 sleepovers per fortnight
No back-to-back sleepovers
3 consecutive days off
Every second weekend off
1 double shift per fortnight
Our structured roster model provides greater consistency and stability for staff and young people,
while supporting community access, activities and individual needs.

Reliable, adaptable and team-oriented
Committed to trauma-informed and therapeutic practice
Able to build positive and skilled relationships
Essential Requirements
Paid Working with Children Check
Current National Crime Check
Current Driver’s Licence (Green P or higher)
Current First Aid & CPR
Relevant qualifications and licensing requirements
