We’re looking for a hands-on organiser who can bring people, service jobs, and warehouse operations together across a growing power-generation and energy storage equipment business.

You’ll support teams across Australia, keep work moving, and help solve issues that could otherwise slow customers down.

The chance The business supplies and services power-generation equipment for a range of industries, including construction, mining, and data centres.

Its service and warehouse operations are growing, and this role will help create consistency across teams in different locations.

You’ll oversee day-to-day service and warehouse activity, support team members, and ensure customers get transparent, timely responses.

It’s a broad role for someone who likes being close to the action and can switch comfortably between people, customers and practical operational problems.

What you’ll be doing
Coordinate service jobs, customer requests and operational priorities across multiple locations
Support and guide service and warehouse teams to keep work on track
Handle customer issues and escalations calmly and professionally




Work with interstate teams to maintain consistent processes and service standards
Keep records, reports and documentation accurate and up to date
Reinforce company procedures, safety requirements and compliance
Monitor team performance, identify bottlenecks and put practical improvements in place
Work closely with other departments and keep management informed of significant issues
Step in and help resolve service or operational problems when needed

You’ll likely have experience in service coordination, operations, warehouse management or a similar hands-on leadership role. Experience in equipment hire, generators, compressors, pumps, power systems, material handling, HVAC or another field-service business would be helpful.
