We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager lead our establishment to a new heights. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring customer service, managing staff and driving profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Management:
Oversee daily restaurant operations
Manage reservations and online bookings
Monitor and control stocktake, ordering and supplies

Staff Management:
Recruit, hire, train and supervise staff
Rostering staff shifts, ensuring adequate staffing level
Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback

Customer Service:
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by addressing complaints and resolving issues

Financial Management:
Monitor financial performance, including Sales, cost and profitability
Implement cost-control measures to maximise profitability

Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

Marketing and Promotions:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers




Coordinate with marketing team to promote current offers and specials

Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate records, including sales, expenses and staff information
Prepare reports and present them to upper management
handle administrative task such payroll and rostering

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in similar role
Strong understanding of restaurant management including front and back of the house operations
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace and can handle pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed

Working Conditions:
Busy restaurant environment
Long hours shifts including nights, weekends and public holiday
Physically demanding, require standing & walking for extended periods

Job Type: Full time Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
