About the role

Tyagarah Turf is seeking a friendly, motivated and highly organised Sales Officer to join our growing team. Located just 15 minutes from Byron Bay, our picturesque turf farm offers a unique working environment, with a fresh, modern office overlooking beautiful green turf fields.

Key responsibilities
Managing customer enquiries, phone calls and emails
Preparing quotes, processing sales and following up with customers
Coordinating orders and deliveries with our farm team
Basic invoicing, accounts administration and data entry using Xero
Using Excel, Google Workspace and other office programs
General administration and supporting daily business operations
Building solid customer relationships and supporting business growth

About you
Friendly, confident and an excellent communicator
Quick-thinking, organised and efficient
Proactive, reliable and able to work independently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Confident with computers and learning new systems
Positive,



enthusiastic and motivated to succeed
Committed to developing your skills and growing with the business
Previous sales, customer service or administration experience is an advantage, but a great attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are what matter most
