ISS Facility Services Australia and Recent Zealand is seeking a Leading Hand to join our Concord team in a full time role. This role will lead a 10+ person cleaning team, manage daily operations, and support site maintenance and quality control measures.

You will handle administrative tasks and track cleaning work end-to-end using our in-house system. The ideal candidate has experience in cleaning operations, a focus on quality, and excellent communication with customers.
