Dexterous is seeking an HR/ER Advisor on a 12-month maternity leave contract. The role is 3 days per week with Wednesdays on site at client sites, and a split week between North Sydney and home. You will manage recruitment, employee relations, contracts and HR policy across a portfolio of clients.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of HR Advisor/Generalist experience, a relevant degree, and a valid driver’s licence. Flexibility and solid consulting skills are essential.
