We're looking for a confident, experienced FOH all-rounder who knows how to handle a busy bar and restaurant without losing their cool.

What we're looking for:
Solid cocktail-making experience – essential.
Confident making drinks quickly and consistently.
Barista skills are a bonus.
Friendly, outgoing personality with outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to move fast, multitask and stay organised under pressure.
Calm under the pump. No panicking, no losing your smile, even when things get hectic.
Someone who takes initiative, works independently and genuinely enjoys hospitality.

We're a busy, independent burger bar with a relaxed atmosphere, great drinks and a robust focus on looking after our customers. If you can run a busy bar,
