Vitality Support Care is seeking a friendly, engaging, and reliable Female Support Worker to join our team in Warragul, Victoria.
We are looking for someone who enjoys building genuine connections, having conversations, and providing person-centred support to a participant who loves to chat and engage with others.
About the Role
Location: 9 Redleaf Avenue, Warragul VIC, Australia
Shifts: Daily, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Position: Female Support Worker
About You We are looking for someone who:
Is friendly, outgoing, and enjoys meaningful conversations.
Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Is patient, compassionate, and reliable.
Can build rapport and develop a positive working relationship with the participant.
Is comfortable providing consistent daily support.
Has experience in disability or aged care support (preferred).
We welcome applications from mature and experienced candidates who feel confident supporting someone who values companionship and conversation.
Requirements
NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain one, subject to role requirements.
Relevant qualifications and experience are an advantage.
A genuine commitment to person-centred care and participant wellbeing.
Pay: $32.00 – $35.00 per hour
