Fowles is a family-owned winery, cellar door and restaurant in regional Victoria.

Nestled in the rugged, beautiful, and unforgiving Strathbogie Ranges, we continue to break ground as one of Australia’s finest cool-climate wine producers and one of Victoria’s most welcoming farm, food, and wine experiences. Role To maintain the grounds and gardens and attend to general building and property repairs on a daily basis across all sites.

Duties

Garden:
implementation of master planning in consultation with our appointed Horticulturalist
landscaping
irrigation work
plant selection/replacement (supported by horticulturalist)
pruning/deadheading
trimming/hedging
vegetable garden (supported by horticulturalist)




food/fertiliser (supported by horticulturalist)
spraying (disease/bugs) (supported by horticulturalist)

Garden Maintenance including rubbish, weeding, spraying, mowing, road repairs, animal care. Other duties from time to time including:
Support production/warehouse operations as required
Managing garden contractors as required

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The following licences and competencies are preferred:-
Current Driver Licence
Competency certificates listed below or equivalent
Operate and Maintain Chainsaws (AHCMOM213)
Chemical Handling Certification (FDFSS00003)
