Are you a friendly, organised individual looking to join a supportive allied health team? Our physiotherapy clinic is seeking a casual Administration/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help keep our clinic running smoothly.
Key responsibilities:
Greeting patients and managing appointment bookings
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Processing payments and handling health fund claims
Maintaining patient records and clinic documentation
Supporting physiotherapists with administrative tasks
Ensuring the clinic is tidy and qualified
What We’re Looking For:
Strong organisational abilities; reliability & enthusiasm
Office/reception experience & proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
A warm, professional manner and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to work as part of a team and independently
Understanding/ experience of Allied Health services desirable
