Chef de Partie | Full-Time | Four Nights | Blanca, Black Rock

Blanca is looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team in a full time role across Wednesday to Saturday, focused on dinner prep and service.

We’re a modern European neighbourhood restaurant in Black Rock, serving Mediterranean-inspired sharing plates, handmade pasta and premium steaks, with a strong focus on quality produce.

The Role
Full-time hours across four days, Wednesday to Saturday.
Afternoon preparation and evening dinner service.
Three days off each week, Sunday to Tuesday.
Take ownership of your section, delivering consistent cooking, presentation and service.
Work closely with the kitchen team on preparation, organisation and food safety.

About You
At least one year’s experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
Confident running a section through a busy dinner service.




Robust cooking skills and attention to seasoning, timing and presentation.
Organised, reliable and committed to a clean, effective kitchen.
A team player who communicates clearly and takes pride in their work.
