ASX employer of choice in the property sector whose business covers asset management, investment/funds management and development. The Role Reporting into the Financial Controller and working closely with Fund Managers, Property Development and JV partner, the role includes:
manage the financial reporting and controls for a JV fund ($2bn +)
oversight of financial reporting, unit pricing, distributions, investor reporting and performance reporting
manage end to end audit process with external auditors
support the Tax Manager with the preparation of BAS, distribution reviews, tax returns and analysis as required
partner with funds management, property development teams and JV partner
work alongside group treasury to ensure cashflow management The Person You will be CA/CPA qualified and have 8 + years of work experience. Solid preference for significant property funds experience including broad experience across reporting, technical accounting, controls, tax and treasury.
