This is a complex, high-energy service with a solid inclusion focus, supporting children with additional needs and complex behaviours. The successful leader will bring a calm, proactive approach, strong compliance knowledge and the ability to nurture and rebuild confidence within a team.

About the Role
Strategic and operational leadership of a large OSHC service
Strong focus on compliance, inclusion and continuous improvement
Out-of-ratio and block shifts, including one split shift per week




Build solid relationships with families, schools and the community What We’re Looking For
Extensive OSHC leadership experience within a large 100+ placed service
Strong knowledge around regulations, policies and procedures
