We’re looking for an experienced barista to join the team at The Lookout Café, a busy destination café with some of the best mountain views on the Sunshine Coast hinterland.

If you love making outstanding coffee, can hold your own on a packed weekend morning, and want to work somewhere with a view that never gets old, we’d love to hear from you.

What we need from you:
At least [1–2] years’ barista experience in a busy café
Confident pulling consistent, quality coffee under pressure, including milk texturing and latte art
Weekend availability is a must (Saturdays and Sundays)
Reliable, on time and positive at communicating about your availability
Friendly, upbeat and excellent with customers
A team player who’s happy to jump in on front of house when needed
