Wood Recruitment is partnering with a well-established strata management business to recruit a Strata Manager for its Perth-based team. This opportunity would suit an Assistant Strata Manager ready to step up, an experienced Strata Manager seeking a more supportive environment, or a property or legal professional looking to transition into the strata industry. What you'll be doing:
Managing a portfolio of strata companies with the support of dedicated administration staff and experienced leadership
Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, council members, contractors and key stakeholders
Coordinating meetings, maintenance matters, compliance requirements and day-to-day portfolio management activities





What you'll need:
Minimum 1 year of Strata experience
Excellent written & verbal communicator
Certificate IV in Strata
