Role Description This is a full-time (or part-time role for the right person), Cabinet Maker role based in Gateshead NSW. The Cabinet Maker is responsible for reading and interpreting plans and drawings, measuring and cutting materials, and constructing, assembling, and installing cabinetry and joinery items. Daily tasks include operating CNC machinery and hand tools. The role also involves installation of joinery. This is a hands on role.





Qualifications
Robust skills in Cabinetry and Woodworking, including constructing, assembling, and finishing custom cabinets and joinery.
Robust skills in joinery installation.
Ability in Spatial Design, understanding measurements, layout, and fit to ensure functional and visually aligned installations.
Relevant trade qualification or apprenticeship in cabinet making, carpentry, or joinery.
Proficiency with woodworking machinery, power tools, and hand tools, with a strong focus on safety.
Attention to detail, accuracy in measurement, and consistent quality control in all finished work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
Current driver’s license and ability to travel to sites in the Greater Newcastle Area.
