We are recruiting an experienced Industrial Electrician for a busy manufacturing site in Villawood, Western Sydney.
The role
Full-time permanent position
Dayshift
$60 per hour
Work unsupervised on plant and production equipment
Long-term ongoing role
About the work You will be the onsite electrician supporting a manufacturing production workplace. Typical duties include:
Fault finding and repair on plant electrical systems
PLC troubleshooting and basic programming support
Motors, VSDs, control systems and switchboards
Preventative electrical maintenance
Breakdown response to keep production running
Working safely to site isolation and WHS procedures
About you
Full A-Grade Electrician licence (essential)
Experience as an industrial / manufacturing electrician
Confident with PLCs, motors,
VSDs and control systems
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Robust fault-finding skills in a production environment
Reliable, safety-focused and available for ongoing full time work
Full Australian work rights
