The role

Working alongside the Store Manager, you’ll help run the Bundall store day to day and lead a small team of retail assistants. You’ll:
Lead and coach the team to deliver outstanding customer service and hit sales targets




Keep the store looking its best, in line with our visual standards
Manage stock levels and ordering
Support the Store Manager with budgets and store operations
Get to know our customers and help them find the right pieces for their home

About you
Retail supervisory or management experience, ideally in homewares or lifestyle
A hands-on leader who brings out the best in a team
Organised, detail-focused and comfortable juggling priorities
Confident with POS and inventory systems
A genuine love of quality products and home décor
