Our client is seeking a Sales Manager to join a luxury jewellery showroom in Subiaco!

This is a full-time, hands-on role for an experienced retail leader with strong jewellery knowledge and a passion for luxury sales. You’ll oversee day-to-day showroom operations, mentor and develop your sales team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and service.

What you’ll be doing:
Lead, motivate and support the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Deliver expert advice and product recommendations to customers
Manage staff rosters, scheduling, and showroom operations
Maintain stock awareness, showroom presentation, and inventory management
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports using Excel and Microsoft Office
Conduct staff training and coaching on product knowledge and sales techniques
Resolve customer enquiries professionally and maintain a high-end showroom workplace

What you’ll need:




Retail management experience in the luxury or jewellery industry
Solid leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office for reporting
Attention to detail and sound decision-making skills
Team player with ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback
