WOW Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join an established business. This hands-on sales role focuses on winning new business and retaining existing clients, building customer relationships and growing accounts across Australia and New Zealand.
$85k plus super and comms
Hybrid role after probation period
Full time, permanent position based in Castle Hill

Join a well-established B2B organisation with a solid presence across Australia and Current Zealand. In this role, you'll drive new business through outbound prospecting, inbound enquiries, and customer engagement, while building and growing your own account portfolio through strong relationships, repeat business, and cross-selling prospects.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities across target industries in Australia and New Zealand
Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound calls, emails and prospecting, alongside inbound enquiries.
Manage and grow existing accounts, driving repeat business and identifying cross-selling opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activity and pipeline forecasts




Work closely with the marketing team to align sales activity with campaigns and promotions
Provide market feedback on competitor pricing, lost opportunities and product gaps

About You
Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, handling inbound leads and cold calling and working towards targets
Experience selling into food and beverage, cosmetics or manufacturing businesses is ideal
Strong organisation skills and disciplined CRM and pipeline management
Experience using AI tools for lead generation, prospect research or sales outreach
Current NSW driver's licence
