Labourpower Recruitment Services is currently seeking a reliable, safety-focused HR Licensed Driver to join our growing team in the Waste Industry for a position based in Bathurst.
Key Responsibilities
Operate waste transport vehicles including Hook Lift, Liquid Tanker, and Truck & Dog
Conduct daily pre-start vehicle checks and report any defects
Collect and transport waste and recycling from commercial and residential sites
Ensure protected and efficient loading and unloading procedures
Maintain accurate documentation and comply with company policies and WHS standards
Provide skilled and friendly service to clients and the public
What We’re Looking For
Valid HR heavy rigid Licence
Experience operating Hook Lift, Liquid Tanker, and Truck & Dog
Current RTA Driver Printout
Ability to obtain a Police Check (required for successful candidates)
Solid understanding of vehicle safety and road regulations
Solid work ethic and positive attitude
Previous waste, recycling, or logistics experience highly regarded (full training provided)
Must be able to pass a pre-employment fitness and drug test
