What you'll be doing:
Providing professional reception support




Performing administration and data entry duties
Supporting busy office teams with day-to-day operations
Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions

What you'll need:
Previous administration, reception, or accounts experience
Availability to commence assignments at short notice
The ability to learn quickly and hit the ground running
Robust communication and organisational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Xero, and/or MYOB
A reliable, adaptable, and professional approach
