About the Role

Working within our fast-paced production workplace, you'll be responsible for preparing meat products to specification while ensuring the

highest standards of quality, food safety and workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities
Trimming, slicing and portioning meat products to specification
Maintaining product quality, presentation and consistency
Maximising yield and minimising waste
Following food safety, GMP and hygiene standards
Using knives and cutting equipment safely and effectively
Working collaboratively with your team to achieve production targets
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Identifying and reporting safety, quality or equipment concerns

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in food manufacturing, meat processing, butchery or knife handling is advantageous




Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Reliable, punctual and safety-focused
Robust teamwork and communication skills
Willingness to learn and develop professional knife skills
