About the role

Number 1 cooling is seeking a full-time Admin/Appointment Setter to join our team in Campbellfield.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and setting appointments for our office.

With a focus on customer service and attention to detail, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
Answering and managing incoming phone calls, responding to customer inquiries and booking appointments through social media apps.
Maintaining and updating customer records and scheduling servicing appointments
Organising and scheduling appointments for our technicians
Providing general administrative support, including filing, data entry and other clerical duties
Assisting with the preparation of invoices, contracts and other business documents
Liaising with customers and internal team
Managing our social media platforms

What we're looking for
Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Robust organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
Proficient in the use of office software,



including Microsoft Office suite as well as social media platforms such as instagram and Facebook
A friendly, qualified and customer-focused approach
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Must be able to work well alone as well as in a team
Must have ABN
