Mermaid Waters Dental Surgery, located at the popular Q Super Centre on the Gold Coast, is seeking a friendly, reliable, and motivated Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist (OHT) to join our growing team.
Situated within a busy and well-established shopping centre, our practice enjoys a great base of friendly, loyal patients and the convenience of ample, easy parking for both staff and patients.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care, thrive in a team-oriented environment, and feel confident working independently. We value a positive attitude, solid communication skills, and someone who can adapt confidently to a rapid-paced clinical setting.
What We’re Looking For
A qualified Dental Hygienist or Oral Health Therapist (OHT).
Previous clinical experience preferred.
A friendly, professional, and patient-focused approach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A team player who is also confident working independently.
The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to dynamic appointment schedules.
Excellent time management, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
