Who We're Looking For:
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Roster Whiz to join our team.
Maybe you're an experienced scheduler who thrives on solving the daily puzzle of rostering. Maybe you've worked in home care and just get it - the last-minute changes,
the importance of matching the right support worker to the right client, and the need to keep services running seamlessly no matter what the day throws at you.
Experience in rostering, scheduling, or home care highly desirable
A highly organised and proactive approach
Robust communication and problem-solving skills
The ability to think on your feet and stay calm under pressure
Someone who loves bringing order to chaos and finding solutions
What You'll Do:
Coordinate and maintain support worker rosters
Manage shift changes, leave requests, and coverage gaps
Match staff to client needs and preferences
Communicate confidently with employees and clients
Help ensure reliable, consistent service delivery
Contribute to managing the implementation and scheduling of education and wellness programs
