Jewish Care is seeking a Community Dementia Assistant to support people living with dementia in the Stanmore area. The role is 24 hours per week across four weekdays with travel between hubs. You will help run dementia programmes, signpost services and build meaningful community connections.
Experience in community settings or volunteering with similar groups is beneficial. A compassionate, organised approach and ability to work independently within a team-oriented team are valued.
