Job Title: Front of House – Café & Dessert Section
Location: Big Fat Greek Woodbine

We are looking for a friendly, reliable team member to serve customers and prepare drinks and desserts in our café and dessert section.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, answer menu questions and take orders accurately.
• Operate the till, process payments and handle cash.
• Prepare and serve coffees, cold drinks, shakes and desserts to our recipes and presentation standards.
• Keep dessert displays neat, stocked and clearly labelled.
• Maintain clean tables, benches, equipment and service areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Assist with opening, closing and restocking duties.
• Work with the team to provide prompt, friendly service during busy periods.

Skills and qualities

• Friendly manner and robust customer service skills.
• Reliable, punctual and well presented.
• Able to work efficiently in a busy setting.
• Positive communication, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Café, barista or dessert experience is an advantage.
• Availability to work rostered shifts, including evenings and weekends.
