About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll partner with luxury retail clients across Melbourne, building strong relationships, sourcing top talent and making successful placements. You'll be the go-to expert for both clients and candidates, delivering exceptional service and driving revenue.
What you'll do
Develop current business and generate job orders with luxury retail clients
Source and manage top-tier candidates
Present your most placeable candidates to employers
Manage the full recruitment cycle from first contact to placement
Build your own client and candidate portfolio
Collaborate with peers and contribute to a culture of excellence
What you bring
1+ year of B2B sales experience (or 3+ years of B2C sales, such as luxury retail)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A results-driven, competitive mindset and a high sense of urgency
Resilience and a hunger to learn
A passion for helping people succeed
