DHL Group in Sydney is seeking an experienced Driver Trainer to support the development of our transport team. You will deliver induction and refresher training, assess driver competency, and promote a robust safety culture.
This role requires knowledge of heavy vehicle regulations, CoR and fatigue management, and the ability to coach teams to improve safety, compliance and performance. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is highly regarded, with HC/MC licence preferred.
