Zenith Hotels in Sydney is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead a busy, high-volume kitchen at The Vineyard. You will steer a 40-robust kitchen team, ensure dishes meet exacting standards and drive performance across service and events.

This hands-on role also includes preparing for the second kitchen opening Vineyard Live in 2027, mentoring leaders, managing food costs and labour, and partnering with venue management to deliver a seamless guest experience.
