RACQ Insurance is seeking an Insurance Compliance Team Lead in Brisbane for a 12-month secondment based at Eight Mile Plains Meanjin. You will guide a small team, provide first-line compliance advice to business leaders, and coordinate responses to APRA, ASIC and CGC during a major integration with IAG.

You’ll lead changes across governance, risk and control activities, strengthening the compliance framework and supporting strategic initiatives in a energetic financial services setting.
