Elements of Byron is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our Pastry Team at our award-winning resort in Byron Bay. You will assist in the busy pastry section, delivering handcrafted breads, pastries and cakes, with a roster from 11.30am to 9.30pm, four days a week.

Commi/Demi level considered; sponsorship not available. Applicants must have Cert III in Commercial Cookery/Patisserie and be able to work weekends/public holidays in a luxury hotel workplace, with a passion for artisan
