Propel Recruitment is supporting a rapidly growing non-bank lender in appointing a Chief Financial Officer. You will partner with the CEO to drive visibility of revenue, margin, profitability and return on capital while guiding a 12–15 person finance team across multiple sites.
You will lead FP&A;, governance and stakeholder engagement, including interactions with the board, and oversee pricing, capital allocation and funding structures to optimise profitability and liquidity.
