Union Hotel in Sydney invites an experienced hospitality leader to oversee day-to-day operations of our pub, food, drinks, bottle shop and live music venue.
Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll lead and coach a small team, manage labour, payroll and costs, and drive service standards across all areas while maintaining a welcoming guest experience. Adaptable 30–38 hours/week with Friday/Saturday nights required.
