Kids Therapy Club is expanding across Queensland and seeks an experienced Clinic Administration Manager to oversee daily operations at our Yarrabilba and Nerang sites. You will partner with the National Operations Manager and Clinical Director to support clinicians, standardise workflows, and uphold high service standards.
You will lead administrative staff, manage scheduling and client communications, ensure NDIs/compliance, and drive a warm, productive patient experience across multiple sites.
