Architectural Designer Products (ADP) is seeking a Customer Service Team Leader to lead a 10-person team at our Unanderra head office near Wollongong. You will oversee daily workflows, manage wholesale relationships, and drive a consistently exceptional customer experience.
You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and work with other team leaders to ensure seamless order processing through to delivery, using AI-enabled tools and current systems to improve performance.
