Downer is seeking Asphalt Plant Operators for its Gosnells and Hope Valley sites to support a solid pipeline of work across the Perth metropolitan area. The role reports to the Production Foreman and focuses on protected, effective production of quality asphalt.
You will operate the plant control system, feed materials, manage mix temperatures, load trucks at the weighbridge, conduct pre-start checks, and coordinate with labs and maintenance to keep production on target.
