The Star Sydney, home to Sovereign Dining, is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead a busy sports bar workplace. This hands-on leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional service, maintaining product knowledge, and upholding qualified standards across all shifts.

You will oversee F&B; Attendants, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure the outlets are prepared to meet business needs while promoting effective operations and compliance with RSA guidelines.
