The Leading Hand will run a small field crew (2–4 workers), conduct morning briefings, and take ownership of site outcomes, upholding safety and restoration quality.
The role requires 3+ years of hands-on bush regeneration experience, solid in office leadership, and proficiency with mobile reporting tools.
