The Star Sydney is seeking a dedicated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team. You will support the Sous Chef, assist with cooking and food preparation, and help maintain strict hygiene standards in a rapid-paced, high-quality dining workplace.

Applicants must have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery and experience in fine or casual dining. Flexibility to work a rotating roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays is essential.
